Baby’s All Right isn’t Brooklyn’s little baby anymore. They celebrated their 2nd birthday with two nights of shows, lots of balloons and bowls of cherries.
The place was packed, as we expected with such a desirable line up. The limousine wall came down and the sounds of Neon Indian, Courtney Barnett, Empress Of, Porches, Widowspeak, Moses Sumney, and Okay Kaya poured over the sweaty, dancing crowd and into the front bar. The excitement of fans and performers heated up the venue on those two chilly fall nights.
Maybe it was the open bar, but everyone was feeling a little frisky. Courtney Barnett had the crowd holding hands, Alan of Neon Indian showed off his best footwork, and Porches set up in the middle of the floor creating a dance pit around them. This is what we remember, cuz’, well, open bar.
